We understand that sometimes travel plans need to be changed. Our cancellation policy ensures transparency while covering necessary booking costs. Please review the following terms before making a cancellation request.
Cancellation Requests & Process

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our official customer support channel.

Cancellations are processed within 3-5 business days, and refunds (if applicable) will be issued within 7-14 business days via the original payment method.
Cancellation Charges
The following cancellation charges will apply:

More than 30 days before departure – Full refund (excluding processing fees).

15 to 30 days before departure – 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded.

Less than 15 days before departure – No refund will be issued.
Special Cases & Non-Refundable Services

Flight tickets, visa fees, travel insurance, and other third-party services are non-refundable.

Promotional deals and last-minute bookings are non-refundable.

If a customer fails to appear on the day of departure (No-Show), no refund will be provided.
Rescheduling & Modifications

Travelers may request to modify or reschedule their booking at least 7 days before departure, subject to availability and additional charges.

If rescheduling is not possible, the standard cancellation charges will apply.
Force Majeure & Unforeseen Circumstances

In case of natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or other uncontrollable situations, Devdar Tours may offer rescheduling or travel credits instead of refunds.
