At Devdar Tours, we strive to provide our customers with the best travel experiences. However, we understand that plans may change, and you may need to cancel or modify your booking. Below is our refund policy:
Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

Cancellations made 30 days or more before the departure date – Eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable service charges.

Cancellations made 15 to 29 days before the departure date – Eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking amount.

Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure – No refund will be provided.
No-Show Policy

If a traveler does not show up on the scheduled date of departure, no refund will be issued.
Refund Process

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-14 business days via the original payment method.

Any bank or transaction charges incurred during the refund process will be deducted from the refundable amount.
Tour Modifications & Rescheduling

Customers may request modifications to their booking up to 7 days before departure, subject to availability and additional charges (if applicable).

If rescheduling is not possible, our standard cancellation policy will apply.
Non-Refundable Items

Flight tickets, visa fees, and other third-party services are non-refundable.

Special discounts, promotional bookings, and last-minute deals are non-refundable.
Force Majeure Clause

In case of natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances, Devdar Tours reserves the right to offer rescheduling instead of refunds.
